About the Owner

Jessica Yvonne Parham is the owner and lead doula of Our Place Doula Services. Jessica is a recently retired Air Force veteran who grew up on the Northside of Pittsburgh, PA. She is a nationally certified labor and delivery nurse who has delivered babies all around the world. She is learning to turn her passion for childbirth into a doula practice that reduces maternal and neonatal mortality and morbidity. Her hope is that with her background, community resources, and team, we can decrease the maternal morbidity and mortality rate in Pittsburgh, PA. As a certified labor and delivery nurse and doula with extensive experience in the field, I offer unparalleled support to expecting mothers and families.
